Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. When downgrading, the new rate kicks in at the next renewal.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Start on the Free plan with no credit card required — no artificial time limit. When you're ready, upgrade in one click.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year upfront. You get the equivalent of 2 free months compared to monthly. You can still cancel at any time, but annual plans are non-refundable.
What happens when I hit my monitor limit?
You'll see a warning in the dashboard. Existing monitors keep running — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove an existing monitor.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no prorated refunds). Annual plans follow our refund policy. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
Can I self-host Sentro instead?
